Introducing Christian Miranda
An experienced fitness coach with nearly two decades of experience. Christian is the founder and owner of ONE Gyms, a strength and conditioning company with gyms in Sydney. He is also the driving force behind Journey Retreats. Heavily drawing on his experiences through life so far, Christian places a huge emphasis on mindset underpinning all that we want to achieve.
As a strength and conditioning coach, Christian goes beyond perfecting form and assists clients with mobility and mindset, helping them to develop a purposeful approach to training. He skilfully exposes clients' vulnerabilities to get the most out of their workouts and create a mindset that fosters success in all aspects of life.

Does the price include flights, transfers and ferry?
Flights, airport transfers and travel insurance are not included in the price and will need to be booked separately. How does the payment plan work?
The payment plan is set to automatically debited your nominated account every week from the day you create the payment plan until 8 payments are completed. The discount is already applied to the payment plan.
What is included in the family package?
First Adult complete retreat package, Second Adult accommodation, ferry transfers and breakfast daily, two children price includes return ferry transfers and breakfast daily. Any questions with the family package, please email hello@journeyretreats.com.au.

If you choose the payment plan, the first payment will be made today with 7 further payments following each fortnight automatically debited from the nominated account. All payments need to be finalised within 1 week of the retreat start date.
