FAQ
How does the deposit work?
The deposit secures your spot on the retreat! Once payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email outlining your options to pay the balance:

- Payment plan
Does the price include flights?
Flights, airport transfers and travel insurance are not included in the price and will need to be booked separately. We cannot recommend specific airlines due to the variety of airlines servicing into Denpasar International Airport and due to the variety of locations our guests are departing from.
How many spots are available?
Spots are strictly limited - however as room configurations and travelling guests will vary we can’t confirm the number of spots.
What happens if I need to cancel?
For full paying guests, cancellations, postponement or changes that are out of the guests control, an equal credit will be applied with Journey Retreats for the Guest to redeem for future travel. Should the guest wish to retain their confirmed Hotel booking, a partial credit will be applied against Journey Retreats for future redemption equal to the difference between the standard room rate and the amount paid.
Is the menu inclusive of all dietary preferences?
Absolutely! The menu has plenty of delicious vegan-friendly options available on each retreat as well as gluten free, as well as any other dietary preference upon request.
Is there a specific fitness level I need to be?
All fitness levels and abilities are catered for at Journey Retreats, with each workout able to scaled to suit an absolute beginner or advanced guest. This is what you're here for - let us support you toward the best approach for YOU!
Do I have to do all of the activities?
It's your Journey! You can opt in and out of anything you choose but the week is designed specifically for each activity to lend itself to the next. We encourage you to give everything a go, we're here with you and can help you through any concerns.
Can I book an extra night at the hotel?
Yes you can, just email the Journey Crew at [email protected]
How do I get from the airport to the retreat location?
You can book a transfer through the Journey Crew, just email your flight details to [email protected] to be able to book. Transfers are US$35 each way from the airport and are 100% cancellation fee within 24 hours.
What time should I book my flight?
The retreat kicks off in the afternoon of the first day, so there is plenty of time to arrive into Denpasar and transfer to the resort on the day of the retreat. However, many guests arrive into Denpasar a day early and then organise transfer to the resort earlier on the day of the retreat to avoid any travel delays impacting their time at the retreat.
How does the payment plan work?
The payment plan is set to automatically debit your nominated account 7 days from when it is created, until 8 weekly payments are completed, including transaction fees.

Pay In Full terms require full balance to be paid within 1 week of the deposit being made otherwise your spot will be forfeited
If you choose the payment plan, the deposit payment will be made today with 8 further payments following each week automatically debited.
